End of an era...

well... some people did already know... some people probably assumed something.

From the 27th August onwards DysAreNewMaps, [TSG] Dystopia, Teamfortress 2 and AOA and the EU Testserver for the Dystopia Team will not be up anymore.

I put a lot of time and work plus a lot of money into sustaining those server and helping the development team and the 3rd party mappers to get their maps polished and played.

I would like to see some other people taking over my work in that area as I'm not willing or able anymore to put the time and money into these projects any longer.

The Sprawl Community has moved here already some time ago and will be using the LOSD War / Scrim Server for it's matches for the time being, thanks to Atomy from LOSD.

Myself will be probably seen again from time to time playing and enjoying the best teambased FPS out there but my work and family doesn't offer me enough time and good connections so that I can keep my participation at the level I would like too.

I wish all people I know all the best and especially I want to thank all the mappers for spending their time producing maps we are able to play.

I give you guys the 3rd party competition as a result of my work and I hope the community will be there for a long time.
